Title: Foxtails

I used to hate these things as a kid.  They'd get stuck in your socks, shirt, hair, everywhere!  Now, as an adult, I've learned that I can't hate them... now I can completely detest them!  I got one in my sock while I was trying to take pictures of them!  Evil weeds!

Photo 365 - Day 321 (Idle Flower)

Title: Idle Flower

At first, I thought: Hey, look at that, the city is try to look nicer by putting up flowers on the light posts.  How lovely!".  Then, while waiting for folks to come out yet another random store that was selling the EXACT same t-shirts as the other 5 stores, I noticed, if you look just the right way (and by "right way" I mean the want that say, any normal person driving a car might look), the flowers completely block the "Don't Idle Your Car Otherwise We Will Ticket Yo Ass!" sign.  So, in essence, what was learned was: The city parks department in San Francisco really hates people (especially drivers). 

Subject: Lamp post with "conveniently" placed flowers.
